Nothing is more English than a summer flower show and few things more important to the event, and the rest of village life, than a village hall.

Taynton and Tibberton Village Hall has played host to many flower shows - but now it has a new entrance area to add to the quality of the occasion.

In 2009, the Hall committee identified the need for repairs to the flat roof above the entrance and to improve the entrance area.

The building has been repaired and the rather bland frontage and entrance has been transformed into something to be admired by villagers and other hall users.
